Upload a Day-5 image
Drag in a single blastocyst image from your microscope or time-lapse system. JPEG, PNG, or TIFF.
Read the grade
BLASTORA returns an expansion, inner cell mass, and trophectoderm score with a confidence indicator — instantly, in your dashboard.
What BLASTORA gives you
A structured blastocyst score
Expansion, ICM, and TE assessed separately, in the Gardner convention your lab already uses.
Consistency across graders and shifts
The same image returns the same score, every time.
A visual explanation
The regions driving the score are highlighted, so you can agree or disagree with reasoning, not a black box.
An audit trail
Every grading is timestamped and exportable for your QC records.
Who it's for
Embryology labs
Standardising grading across a team.
IVF clinics
Wanting a documented second read before transfer decisions.
Researchers
Scoring retrospective image sets at volume.
Where the model stands
BLASTORA has been evaluated against embryologist consensus grading on retrospective Day-5 image sets. We publish our methods and cohort details rather than a single headline number.
See our validation summaryIntended use
BLASTORA is a decision-support tool. It does not select embryos, predict pregnancy, or replace the judgement of a qualified embryologist. Every output is intended for review by a trained clinical professional under your institution's protocols.
Your images stay yours
Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. Images are processed for grading only — never used to train our models without a separate written agreement. We are aligned with India's DPDP Act and support institutional data-processing agreements on request. Deletion on demand, always.
Questions
What image do I need?
A single Day-5 blastocyst image from an inverted microscope or time-lapse incubator. Standard lab magnification is sufficient.
How long does grading take?
Seconds per image. Batch upload is available on lab accounts.
Which grading system does it use?
Gardner-convention expansion, ICM, and TE scoring, so results map onto your existing records.
Can I trial it before committing?
Yes. New accounts include a set of free gradings, and we run guided demos for labs.
Is it a medical device?
BLASTORA is offered as decision-support software for use by trained professionals. Regulatory status by market is listed here.
